Audition Policy
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your interest in SONCOZ products. To ensure a premium service experience, we have established the following audition policy. Please read these terms carefully and comply accordingly：
1. Service Request
Contact our official customer service team at "SONCOZ" on Taobao to submit your product audition request.
2. Order Process
Place an order for the specific model you wish to audition at our Taobao store "SONCOZ" as guided by our staff.
Mandatory note: Include the term "试听/Audition" and your requested audition period (max. 7 days) in the order remarks.
3. Receipt Confirmation & Return
Operate "Confirm Receipt" on Taobao promptly upon receiving the product.
After the audition period, repackage the product with all accessories and original packaging intact.
Ship back to our designated address and immediately provide the tracking number and Alipay account details to your assigned staff.
4. Refund Process
Full payment will be refunded to your designated Alipay account within 24 hours after we verify the product's undamaged condition and complete accessories.
⚠️ Note: Audition orders do not qualify for Taobao’s standard "Return & Refund" process.
5. Shipping Costs
The auditioner bears round-trip shipping fees (using SF Express/顺丰 exclusively).
6. Transaction Security
To protect both parties:
Conduct all communication solely through Taobao staff.
Chat records will serve as legally valid proof for dispute resolution.
7. Payment Method Notice
For seamless refunds, avoid using: Cashback plugins,Huabei Installments,Credit Cards.
